Welcome to Palm-Aire Country Club's Real-Time, On-Line Tee Times Reservations system.  You may reserve tee times for any of Palm-Aire's outstanding golf courses (Oaks, Cypress, Palms and Sabals Executive). You may also call (954) 975-6244 everyday between 6:30am to 7:00pm to speak to a Tee Time Line representative.  

Please read the Terms & Conditions of our On-Line Tee Times Reservation system listed below.  When you are ready to proceed, you may CLICK HERE TO RESERVE TEE TIMES.

There is NO CHARGE to our valued customers for booking a Tee Time on-line. 

  • You may book an On-Line Reservation for up to four (4) golfers and tee times can be reserved up to 6 days in advance.   (Note: If you are trying to book a reservation beyond 6 days in advance, the system will show a message indicating that there are no available tee times for that date, even though there are available tee times.)  To reserve tee times beyond 6 days in advance, please call our Tee Time Line (954) 975-6244 and have your major credit card information available.
     
  • You may also book a Tee Time reservation for more than four (4) golfers by calling our Tee Time Office (954) 975-6244. A Tee Time Representative is on duty everyday from 6:30am to 7:00pm (EST) . If calling off hours, customers may leave a brief message and phone number indicating their reservation preference. The following day, a Tee Time representative will return your call and confirm the date, course and time of your reservation request.
     
  • A major credit card (Visa, MasterCard or American Express) is required to make a tee time reservation.
     
  • You may CHANGE the terms of a reservation (i.e. Date, Time or Course) by calling a Tee Time representative (954) 975-6244.
     
  • You may CANCEL a Tee Time Reservation without penalty by calling the Tee Time Office (954) 975-6244 or faxing (954) 975-4699 NO LATER than 48 hours before reserved Tee Time. Failure to do so may result is customer's credit card being billed for the full reservation amount.   (Please understand that failure to cancel your reservation without proper notice denies other valued customers the opportunity to enjoy our courses.  Your cooperation in this matter will make for a better golfing experience for everyone.)
     
  • If you are interested in booking a group (13 or more players) golf outing at Palm-Aire Country Club, please call our Tournament Director (954) 975-6225 to make your plans.
     
  • While every best effort is made to honor all reservations as requested, Palm-Aire Country Club reserves the right to amend any reservation when legitimate, unforeseen circumstances arise including but not limited to inclimate weather, unscheduled (required) golf course maintenance and other unplanned events. In most cases, our customers will be notified in advance of any unscheduled changes.

As a condition to using this on-line reservation service, the customer agrees to the following terms:

All persons using this system agree to abide by the policies of the golf club, including all policies regarding no-shows, cancellations and any charges which the selected golf club may impose for booking golf reservations at said facility. To the maximum extent of the law, the golf club is not liable for any damages whatsoever arising out of the use or inability to use this system, including consequential damages, or any loss which may be incurred by any person using this system due to errors in booking the reservations. All information obtained by said golf club via the on-line reservation system is deemed property of the company and may be used for future legal marketing purposes. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, any user of this system expressly waves any and all claims he or she has or may have against said golf club which in any way relate to the use of this Internet booking system.
